How do you source the vendors that you recommend to me?

Based on your style profile and unique needs, we research 15-20 vendor options. We source them from online and offline networks. We screen by having phone conversations and reviewing their quotes. The best 3 are selected based on qualities you care about, whether that's experience, artistic vision, communication, and/or budget. We only present you with vendors that meet our Honeydew standard: high responsiveness, stellar reviews, and transparent prices.

What if we’re halfway done with planning our wedding?

Whether you’re just starting, halfway done, or one week before your wedding, Honeydew can assist. You have two options: 1) use our a la carte services for the leftover vendors you need help booking, or 2) get a custom full service, prorated package. Honeydew can easily pick up where you left off. We’ll collect your preferences and constraints, find out which vendors you need help booking (vs. which you’ve got covered), and start work immediately.

Does Honeydew have services in my location?

If you are having your wedding in the US or Canada, we can absolutely serve you! Honeydew’s online services will be completed remotely. Honeydew provides day-of coordination by partnering with our network of wedding coordinators in your wedding location.

What are my responsibilities as the client?

Communicate your preferences to us, update us on any changes, and provide funds for vendor payments.

 

What happens if I'm not happy with Honeydew's services?

Our services are backed by our Happiness Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Honeydew’s work, we'll make things right or refund you in full.
